Rustic Meets Modern Farmhouse in Bucks County

Rustic meets luxury in our light-filled farmhouse in Upper Bucks County.

Our 1800’s farmhouse exudes an earthy and warm charm, with a touch of funky, modern-day elegance. Take in the peaceful surroundings in the early morning with your favorite coffee from the deck or patio. By night, stargaze to the sounds of a crackling fire pit and bottle of wine. What you’ll experience on our farm is bound to cater to all of your senses. Unplug and get away.

The house and property are available for up to 8 guests to stay. Any am or pm group gatherings on the property of 12 or more people, please reach out to Christina as certain types of gatherings will require special permissions from the township.

We are taking extra precautions during Covid. If both guest and host need to be in the house, both parties will be masked, maintaining 6 feet distance. We are also offering self check in at the time.

Another great stay at the farmhouse
A group of four of us returned to Pieri farmhouse for our second getaway there. Enjoyed it even more than the first time since the cooler weather allowed us to enjoy the fire pit. The house is charming and comfortable. Christina is a great host, welcoming and responsive to every need. We hope to return next Spring!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was as we expected based on the listing. The beds are very comfortable and the extra touches were appreciated such as providing a crib, plenty of coffee options, etc. Our family had a lot of fun enjoying and exploring the character of this home. The setting is picturesque and can’t be beat. The host was very quick to reply to our questions before the stay. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Family Vacation Spot
We stayed here while visiting with family nearby. The home was accurately described in the listing. The owner was quick to respond to any issues that came up while we were there. The home had everything we needed for a great stay! I think a few more spoons could be added, as we ran short a few nights when having company over. Books & toys for the kids were a great addition and kept our young kids entertained. The home was clean and well kept, however I think the washer could use a deep clean due to some mold build up on the seal. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Beautiful restored farmhouse
This is a lovely farmhouse! Our daughter was getting married in the area and we feel blessed to have found this haven for our family to be together as we prepared for her big day. Blending the old and the new, this lovely, working farm provides a unique and charming atmosphere, perfect for our family of 8. So amazingly comfortable, the owners went above and beyond to make this house a peaceful haven for guests. Thank you Christina, you treated us so well and we loved our stay. 🥰

Wonderful getaway in the country!
This is beautiful home in the country--perfect for a family reunion or weekend away with friends! We had several meals and the kitchen was well stacked. Amazing selection of coffees and teas, and they also left us a nice bottle of red wine! We enjoyed relaxing in the cozy living room in the evenings (unfortunately, it was raining, so we didn't get to enjoy the fire pit or porches). The beds were all wonderful (both daughters were 7 mo pregnant and had restful nights!). During the day, we enjoyed shopping in Bethlehem, and also the Crayola museum. Highly recommend--we definitely want to go back!!

Wonderful 3 day getaway
The property is a farmhouse that has modern amenities with many extra touches throughout. They are taking COVID precautions seriously and we felt very safe. Bed (king size) was very comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. The property manager Andrea was extremely helpful and accommodating. She gave us a tour of the farm plus some fresh produce. Surrounding area was beautiful at almost peak foliage. Don't be concerned of lack of VRBO reviews as there are many outstanding reviews on another website. (they have owned the property since 2019) Would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous Farmhouse!
Totally easy process of reserving and checking in. Five of us enjoyed the charm and spaciousness of the farmhouse with great indoor and outdoor spaces. Very charming hosts. Everything you need for great coffee in the morning. We hope to return in the Fall. Thanks for everything!
