"My daughter and I and our four French Bull Dogs had a wonderful relaxing stay. We visited family and took walks on the beach. Our host provided everything one would need. The master bedroom soaking tub was a welcome treat. The view from the screened in porch, of the River was gorgeous. The fall leaves reflecting of the water was lovely. We will return."

The listing said it had a hot tub but when we checked in and asked to use it we were told the backyard was not for guests. I called VRBO to inquire about these issues and they said they made the host aware and she offered a partial refund however the host messaged me asking me why I was requesting a refund.
