"We had a very enjoyable stay in a beautiful location. The host, Tonio, was excellent communicating and providing directions to arrive late past check in. The property is very near the seawall and in the old town and so you expect it to not be sparkling new. That said, there are a few things that could be improved to make the small space more functional. Nice that there is a refrigerator (but no kitchen). We found it easy to walk to sites both in the old section and new, loved being in an area...

"It wasn’t what I expected but I loved it. It felt more like an air b&b. I say that because when we opened the door to our room, we were literally outside right in the mix of things. There are restaurants around us, shops, and bars. I believe the hotel was in another door and upstairs above us, but we never actually went in. They brought breakfast to our room every morning and then came back for the dishes. It was a great experience."

It was just a short walk from there, but the hotel itself was a little difficult to find because the sign on the building is tiny. The room was beautiful--clean and super comfortable. There isn't much directly by the hotel, but a couple of blocks away is a very nice area with shops and several restaurant choices. "
