Friends booked at other properties on this resort but we had the best one by far (in terms of apartment layout, AC in bedrooms but also in the living room, inclusion of linens and towels, etc). The apartment was stocked with everything we needed to make some of our meals (pots, oil, spices, etc.). The grocery shop is a close walk and so are the beaches and restaurants. The pool was also very convenient for days when we didn't want to walk to the beach....

"Our family of 7 adults stayed at Gibbs Glade villa for 14 nights in June and it was wonderful. The photographs on the website do not do it justice - light and airy, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a large barbecue. Shann was lovely, she took great care of the villa without ever being intrusive and Shanee was a huge help when we managed to lock ourselves out! "If you are looking for luxury this is not for you. BUT if you are looking for a perfect beach with chairs/umbrellas provided and a "chill" location, this is it. We've been coming to Barbados for over 25 years and Speightstown is my favorite part. It's got the gorgeous west coast beaches without the obscene Sandy Lane prices. "Beautiful newly renovated property. Good location with easy access to airport, shopping, beaches and restaurants. Owners Karen and Andre work very hard to ensure guests are happy. Arranged tours, taxis and anything we needed. "

" Fantastic stay with stellar service from check-in to check-out, all of the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. We would definitely stay here again. A great place to stay. The food was always delicious, especially the bajan breakfast choices and the folks who work there are very kind. Great location and get away place to stay for some alone time. Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities all excellent. The last thing I heard every night before I fell off to sleep were waves rushing ashore, It was soothing.
