"Location was good, straight of the bat when i arrived que out the door for elevators as they have 4 elevators.. 1 is service one. 2 working and 1 was just not working.. all elevators need to be working for a 50 storey building. 2) pool area is nice but only 1 sun lounge needs 3) room where clean and cosy 4) front desk staff was average due to being non filipino. "

"when im trying to check in they dont let me check in because they cant find my reservation . I wait for 30 minutes they dont find anything why they cant find my reservation after i show them the reservation number and the receipt.I was so dissapointed because i just got to the philippines my flight was late im ready to go bed.So next day i came back to the same building i show them my resevation again then they found my reservation lol is that a joke ? the staff not communicating with guess...

"This was, by far, the best hotel we have stayed in for many years! The breakfast buffet was over the top! I actually view this place as an amazing breakfast with complimentary hotel! The entire place was run very well. I can't say enough about the obvious attention to detail and service here. "What I like about 101 condo is they are very helpful and clean. communication with the host needs to improve a little bit. It took us a while before they saw our reservation, idk why? Oh another thing their electric stove is not working so we have a hard time cooking. But overall they are good,safe and clean.. "
