"We were a family of 3 adults, 6 nights, March 2025, executive room. The hotel is perfection! Feel new / renovated. Amazing shower and large. 2 beds and single sofa which was comfortable. The room has closet room which was such an upgrade vs having your lugguge around you. Amazing breakfast (paid). The nicest staff (oksana and Simone and all of them were just the nicest ppl). "Around a 10 minute walk from the train station and centrally located for restaurants and bars and around a 10 minute walk to the port. Check in is at a different location just around the corner and staff were friendly and helpful. Comfy bed, quiet location and great bakery just across the street. "

"Loved my stay and i stayed 8 nights. Top of hill so you must love to walk. Mattress was ok, could have been a little softer. Walls are very thin so with noisy neighbors, it was loud. Need earplugs. Balcony room awesome with spectacular views. Complimentary Access to coffee, tea and water would have been a nice touch. Staff are lovely. Grazie!"

"One of Portofino’s finest hotels. Our private, luxurious, high-ceiling, large room with a balcony overlooking the sea was a total treat. A fairy tale. A short stroll to the bay of Portofino where all the action is on the waterfront. The staff were so friendly and kind, they really took great care of us. We hope to return one summer to take advantage of the hotels own private beach. "

"This hotel was amazinggg! My bf and I loved the hotel because of its view and also location was great close to the castle and the sightseeing areas. The breakfast was also good. The property is close to the bus station as well. The only thing I didnt like was the bed which were two beds they connect to each other. Other than that loved this hotel"

"It was a perfect spot overlooking the harbor! We had a slight problem getting onto the free wifi when we arrived (quickly resolved!), and the hot water was not very hot when showering...but I would stay in this beautiful hotel again in a heartbeat! "

"The stag was incredibly friendly. The location is really great. The room that we “upgraded to” was tiny. They also told us when we checked in they upgraded us further to a nicer room than we purchased but I didn’t see how that could be. The room was just a bed with a small desk and a bathroom. Again, great staff, great location but the room itself left something to be desired. We could clearly hear the people in the room across the hall as if they were standing in the bathroom talking to us....

"It was very good. Staff extremely helpful and lots recommendations. Breakfast at the hotel very good choices, and would highly recommend taking the rate with breakfast included, unless you have a car. They have a restaurant very good too. Hotel has a nice terrace port view and great to have drinks that you get at the lobby bar. "

"Booked 3 nights with my husband, two year old, and mother in law. Two separate bedrooms upstairs with large beds and plenty of storage for luggage. Kitchen has everything you need and a washing machine. My favorite was the sitting room with books to choose from and a very comfortable sofa.
