"A very comfortable room and hotel. Very easy walk to Avenue of Champagne and other sights. Friendly staff and easy checkin. Note that “Laundry Facility” means “Laundry Service” for a fee and not on-site coin op machines for guests. A very nice laundromat is close by. Even with that note, we’d stay here on another visit. "We had a smaller room on the main floor, which was fine as we were gone most of the day visiting Etoge and Champagne houses. Easy to access the area from the Chateau. The staff was great, professional and very accomodating. We had bought a baguette/cheese/meat for a relaxing evening meal and they provided a nice tray for us with plates, utensils, nuts and drinks that we ordered. The restaurant was very good the first evening we stayed. What a beautiful setting, uiet, peaceful and beautifully maintained. Would highly recommended. "

"We had a lovely little stay. We stayed in a 2 person studio and it was just what we wanted. We are never in the room for long, just to basically get our head down and fuel up. It was in an excellent location which considering we never plan anything until we get to our hotel was really great! Questions we had, the manager and reception stuff did their very best to answer and accommodate with recommendations. The bed was one of the comfiest we have ever slept on. "
