"It was a perfect location for the wedding we went to at the Evergreen Lakehouse. Everything was perfectly clean all the little touches that one would need for “a stayaway from home.” Linda and Myron were awesome. Linda had prepared fresh muffins for us and I think Scandinavian scones for our morning coffee. Perfect for our two nights stay even longer would be great. Thank you, Linda and Myron so much for your hospitality and attention to details"

"Our group of five women, friends and family, traveled to Denver from Colorado Springs and Wyoming to see the drone light show, check out some Christmas markets, and see the lights at Chatfield Farms. This location was central to all of those events. The accomodations were clean, and welcoming. The price was also very reasonable. Highly recommend."

"Beautiful house on the hillside of a quiet little valley. 15 minute drive to Red Rocks. We enjoyed the quiet mornings and an afternoon soak in the hot tub. "

"The unit A was just what we needed. The backyard is very big. Which was great for us. Everything look like a winter wonderland with the snow and we all had a blast."

"The rental was in a great location and updated nicely, but there were a few things that were not so great. On the main level, the bedroom with the bunk beds, the top bunk sheets had not been washed from the previous renters. The sheets were dirty & had a dirty sock in them at the bottom of the bed. Also the down stairs had a terrible smell with holes in the walls & the floor where the drain pipe was going down, was caving in.. The back yard was so nice though. Overall, the place was sufficient...

"We stayed for 8 nights in this home. It was a great location, safe neighborhood, perfect size for our family (2 adults and 3 teens/preteens, and a granny who also stayed a few days.) The home could use some updates but generally met our needs."
