"This was our first trip to Arizona and we were attending a Wedding so this was the closest to the venue. We were a little hesitant at first but after reading the reviews we took our chances. I’m glad we did! Everything was excellent and after a long drive from California we arrived very tired and ready to rest. Jenny at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful and made sure we knew all about our surroundings. She was super funny too so it was nice to have her greet us when we first got there. Thanks too all and we will definitely recommend this place! "

Chance and his wife put a lot of effort into making sure we had everything we needed for our secluded stay in the beautiful Prescott forest! The cabin was very clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and we absolutely loved the charming decor! We hope to come back in the future ! "

"We really wanted to stay somewhere that felt like a cabin in the woods, no frills or noisy neighbors, and this place didn't disappoint. Had everything we needed and the hosts were great! It's a studio above a garage (no access), close to the owners main house, but we spent time every day relaxing on the porch and listening to the nearby creek without distractions. Highly recommend. "

"The room was comfortable, private and has great views. We stayed for two weeks. The room was the perfect inexpensive home base. When our adventures took us too far away to get back, it provided a safe place to leave some of our belongings and hot showers to come back to. Richard was very accommodating and easy to get along with. One of the highlights of our stay was an incredible thunderstorm! Be sure to hit up Buttermilk and Honey bakery! Everything is delicious! Richard was very come back to! "

"Sum it up. My daughter wants to bring her Bffs up because she thought it was so cool. 13 year old saying that is impressive?!!! Sunny is amazing and just an absolute lovely place to relax and unwind!! Truly enjoyed it!! Heading back for the golf tournament for sure."

"No coffe cups and only one coffee although lots of sugar and creamer. No tissues either. But, the towels were soft and the bed was very comfortable. The check in person told me to call if we needed anything, but I was able to get coffee cups from their breakfast area which was open. Overall, very good and we would stay here again."
