"The location of this apartment is right in the middle of the action. Grocery and laundry are minutes away. The listing advertises room for 3, but definitely not 3 adults. The folding bed (stored in the stairwell) is only 165cm (5'6") long, so not good for anyone but a child. "The 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor was perfect for my family. Me, my 2 year old and my adult cousin. Great water pressure, beautiful views from the bedroom windows. Small but had everything we needed (except a pan for the stove, but I didn’t ask for one). The walk to the top of the hill and then the stairs was intense but doable. We had great communication, friendly host, and got to check in early since we arrived before 5 pm. Highly recommend!"

Then, once one makes it to the 8 th floor of building “ C” ( buildings are not clearly marked by the way) the key does not open the door. It’s unfortunately that simple: an impossible task for a paid guest to use the premises advertised & paid for....

"Casa Belavista is a wonderful property. It has everything. Inside it’s spacious, very well presented and well equipped. Outside it has a lovely large pool, and a large and beautifully maintained garden with a beautiful vista. It’s so quiet and peaceful and a great place to escape and unwind, but accessible to many places such as Coimbra, Lousã and the stunning hill villages of that region.
