"Fully equipped house boats, the view off the back deck made this trip perfect. It was so relaxing sitting in the back in the evening. A couple of manatees swam by one night. The pool was great. And the kayaks were awesome. Parking was very close, the people working were very friendly and helpful. We definitely will stay again! "

"We stayed the end of january. It was spacious enough for 5 adults. Beautiful property, very clean and well maintained. Great amenities in a perfect part of town to get wherever you need to go. Communication from host was amazing. We walked in and we felt like we were at home. There are small stairs in to the house and to two of the bedrooms. "This is an amazing clean well-stocked house with many amenities! Kayaks, beach towels, shampoo/conditioner, laundry soap....we were pleasantly surprised with all the added amenities that made our stay so comfortable. The only thing we were disappointed in was the distance from the beach. The info says a 2 minute walk, which is not accurate. But that is our only negative. It is truly a lovely house."

Specifically the pool, putting green, and kayaks.The property was clean, spacious, and well equipped. As first time visitors of Florida it was entertaining and fun seeing the manatees in the canal almost everyday of our visit.Would highly recommend!"

"It was a nice place to stay. The best about this house other than the location that it has 3 bedrooms with King/King/Queen which works perfectly for adults. House was clean, check in easy, great location, close to Key Colony Club. Enough parking for 3 cars. Nice pool"

"Neat and clean and comfortable with a private deck. The major problem was the spa didn't work, probably had not worked for a long time because where the on button was supposed to be was a hole in the deck. So it was just a pool of stagnant water.Also, since both bathrooms are upstairs not a condo for people with mobility issues. "

"Most an amazing place, with an amazing view. Frank was great to work with if had any questions or needs. We have been coming down to Marathon for 10 years and had one place we rented be sold, this was our first year at this location. So private, pool was amazing, kitchen had everything you need, all bedrooms had own bathroom, screen porch had unreal views. We will definitely be back next year and hopefully many years in the future. A little piece of heaven on earth."

"This place looks recently renovated. Very fresh and clean. It has a hot tub also that I don’t remember seeing in the description (bonus)!! Very short walk to a small beach. Located dead center of the keys which makes it an excellent place for divers. Short drive up or down the keys so all dive locations are easy to drive to in the morning. All in all a perfect location for someone that wants to visit all the keys during their trip. Pricing is very reasonable. Couldn’t be happier with our...
