"Very friendly staff and our room right on the beach."

"Caicos Cottage on Whitby Beach is a beautiful place! Literally just steps from the sand, every window on the back of the cottage has a breathtaking view. The property owner was very prompt and courteous with questions. Mac, the local manager, was waiting at Bellefield Landing when we arrived, and efficiently showed us everything we needed to know about the property. The freshwater pool was absolutely fantastic! There were a few times when the surf was too rough to swim (due to 2 hurricanes), and the pool was invaluable during those times. The master bed was incredibly comfortable, with amazing morning beach views. Breakfasts on the covered patio are something we won’t forget! Parts of the cottage are definitely showing their age. Some walls are cracking with plaster peeling. Master bath towel bar kept falling off the wall. Things like that. Nothing major - just little things. What was more of a concern was the separate and additional charge for air conditioning. It was very hot and stagnant during our stay, so much so that even the local residents were commenting on it. Heat indexes were 100-105 every day with no evening breezes, and very little throughout the day. We had to use the AC quite a bit just to maintain some level of comfort. Still have not received the extra bill for that. Concerned about how much that is going to be. Would we return? Absolutely! And we hope to as soon as we can. When you visit, bring a lot of no-see-um repellent!! They were bad!"

If you are thinking about visiting Turks and Caicos, this is a must stay listing. The owner was very easy to work with and the management team was friendly, kind, and attentive. Highly recommend!"

"Our stay at the beach cottage was simply magical! Despite a minor hiccup with the cottage not being cleaned when we first arrived, the on-island contact was fantastic—within 30 minutes, the charming and thorough cleaning lady had everything spotless. The cottage was cozy, with stunning views and a virtually private beach just a minute's walk away. The pool was perfect, and the kitchen had everything we needed. This is the type of vacation where you read, relax by the pool or at the beach, or explore other nearby beaches and the local Indian Caves. There aren’t any tourist attractions or activities, which is exactly what we wanted and needed to relax and recharge. A quick note: while small stores are on the island, food options are limited and pricey, so we recommend bringing some provisions from Providenciales. Our three kids had an absolute blast, and we didn’t want to leave!"

"Michael & Ransel are incredible. They helped us with transportation, food, recommendations and were very kind. I cant say enough about how good they were to work with. Thank you guys. As far as the house goes you have to keep in mind that you are on a very secluded island and you cant get much unless you bring it. Yes the house could use some touch up and repairs but all and all it was a great stay. Beds were comfortable, clean and well kept. The house was very clean. The bathrooms were clean the kitchen was great. (they need some sharp knives) but we really enjoyed the house. Thank you!"

"This Casa Zacapa (rum house) is paradise. My family of 8 adults started at Terrys house prior to our nephews wedding at beaches resort. We had plenty of room. Terry left us a gift card to Hemingways restaurant & some refreshing ice cold beer in the pool bar cooler which was perfect because they don’t sell alcohol on Sundays. We loved Hemingways. Definitely Make reservation. We were in the infinity pool most of the time gazing out into the turquoise waters. Captain oaks tiki bar is right in front of the house, a 20 minute easy waist deep walk. Some didn’t want to walk so the bar sent a boat to our private dock for a $20 round trip fee. This house was fully stocked with everything we needed. Towels, pots and pans,washer/dryer and even a Bluetooth speaker to listen to music. We cooked and barbecued everyday, The grocery stores were only a 10 minute drive. Definitely rent a vehicle! Dwayna is Terrys awesome assistant. She set up a catamaran sunset cruise for us, answered any questions we had and after dropping off our rental car she set up a private transportation for us to beaches resort for the wedding. After a few hours at beaches resort, we wish we had continued our stay at Terry‘s house and driven to the resort the day of the wedding. We were tempted to call Terry to see if his house was still available but unfortunately The resort was already paid for. Don't hesitate….book this house. Definitely referring my friends. "The Absolute Best Property ever. The staff was nice and attentive. I enjoyed my stay sew much. The rooms were immaculate and the food. Oh my the food was DELICIOUS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND 1million/10 thanks. I also had an issue w my flight they communicated and set up taxi rides and everything. When I say perfect. They are Perfect especially Kendra and Kadra and Deshawn."
