"The hotel is gorgeous - Euro chic in a historic building - charming, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Aside from very minor issues related to style trumping function, the only issue to be aware of is a somewhat lower privacy of the bathroom compared to expectations of most North Americans. What really sets this hotel apart is the staff, all of whom we met with were spectacular. "I booked this place that was rated a 10/10 but only based on one person’s rating. So, I gave it a shot with some reservation. I am very pleased that I did, because it was a real gem. The property was amazing, right in the old part of Town with lots of charm. The room was large and comfortable and very clean. They made a great daily breakfast that was amazing. Their staff were as nice as the location. NO HESITATION to go back or recommend it to anyone. Great spot. "

"Set in a quiet rural location surrounded by olive groves and trullis, the villa is ideally located for sightseeing. There is a very nice pool area and tennis courts . We stayed in a chalet in the grounds. There was plenty of space but the shower cabinet was very cramped and awkward. Galatina, a fifteen minute drive away, is an interesting town with beautiful buildings and we had a really good meal in Gallatone, another easily accessible town."

"We had a 3 night stay. After the 1st night they asked us to leave because they double booked the room and the other reservation had 5 night stay. Very unpleasant and inconvenient trying to book and packing stuff to leave. Anyways the first night was not great. A/C was not working properly and a loud sound kept me up at night from the door.
