"This apartment is cleverly crafted within a centuries-old building close to major tourism sites. The host is pleasant and accommodating, and responsive to communications. Facilities provided are excellent. There are numerous restaurants and shopping areas nearby. The neighborhood is primarily a pedestrian zone. "We stayed here for a month. It is a unique and stunning place…every bit as impressive in person than in the pictures, if not more so. Lots of space, comfortable seating and bed, awesome kitchen which is well equipped. You get both a tub and shower as well as two sinks so perfect for a couple. And we were grateful to have a washer and dryer — the latter rarely available in Europe rentals. Everything you need is provided. There was a minor mixup at check-in but the owner took care of it quickly....

"The location of the property was great for exploring Avignon, which is a beautiful town to visit! We found the apartment to be a little dirty though and the bedsheets had some stains on them. Also to note unfortunately the free parking is in a public carpark outside the city (Des Italiens parking is best) and you will need to catch a free shuttle to the apartment (use the CZ1), hope this helps others! "

"This building is exceptional. Unfortunately it needs tender loving care, which would be very expensive. Staying in a place like this is definitely a memory. Several things in the kitchen were very dirty. The dishes were not clean, we had to wash them before using them. The cloths in the bread baskets were very dirty. Dish cloths also dirty. The only filter I entered on vrbo was "wheelchair accessible" It was not wheelchair accessible. My husband can take a few steps and we made it...

"Check was good and quick. The accommodation was up a flight of steps, the place looked like a 1980 time share, just needed tlc, having said that, it had living room/kitchenette, separate bedroom and bathroom. The balcony overlooked the swimming pool and open area, and views of a golf course. Very quiet area. Bed was comfortable and clean, linen and towels were sufficient. No on-site restaurant or shop."

"This hotel has an amazing position. On the square of central Nimes. Window overlooking the beautiful fountain. Close to bus and trains. Parking is in the street paid but there is an option for €17 to park underground but this goes from 3 pm to 3 pm. The reception are extremely helpful. 1 elevator for 3 floors. Rooms are a large size with kitchenette. The bed in our room was a bit tired but still comfortable. Rooms are very clean and quiet at night. Tips for other travelers - there is no toaster...
