"The only problem with our stay was the food warming charge. I have traveled for last 40 years. This is the first hotel that charges the guest to warm up the food brought by the guest. Either the rooms should have a microwave or the food food warming charges should be eliminated for good in this day and age. Very much disappointed after such a pleased experience of stay. "

"This was a great hotel for our first night in Cebu and the Philippines, after over 26 hours of travel and just needing a space to rest our heads. The location (walking distance from the airport), service (all so friendly), and the buffet breakfast (yum!) were all up to par as expected & hoped for. Would def return and hopefully stay longer next time!"

"Having stayed at all inclusive and or resort properties on 6 continents, I can say this was one of, if not the best. It is not all inclusive, and can be considered expensive for South East Asia, but it was well worth the price. It was less money per night than the Hilton Saigon Executive Lounge Floor, and offered more amenities. The staff are exceptional, and are the main reason I rTe this gorgeous proprty so high. Great rest and relation befor the long journey back to Boston. The spa was epic. Infrared sauna, steam, salt and fresh water hot and cool spa pools and amazing massage offerings. Leaving for my flight relaxed and pain free. Highly recommend Plantation Bay Resort & Spa."

"Amazed of the cleanliness, safety of the property, food was amazing, the only thing i have to comment was after checking in they the front desk gave us a coupon to eat dinner or lunch, so we did choose dinner , we went to the restaurant and got seated, there was a buffet i ask the waitress if we can start, she said to wait about 15 to 20 min we were waiting like a fool no water was served and still waiting until the waitress came back and said, we can order ala carte, my kids order and a guy water ask ask if we would like the buffet, by then I'm frustrated just eat a little and left my kids i lost my appetite. My say they should have communicated before we were send to the restaurant seating looking like a fool. That's unacceptable. "

"We had a wonderful 5 day stay at the resort. At check-in the receptionist noticed that it was the birthday of my boyfriend and arranged a sweet birthday surprise in the room when we got there. The resort itself is also beautiful. We especially enjoyed the infinity pool, the private beach and the beach club. Staffs are all very polite and helpful. "
