Fonz, the property manager, was friendly, professional & easily accessible. The negatives were few & minor. "I was surprised by how clean and well furnished the home was, as well as it's very remote location. The access road is quite bumpy, so drive with caution. It takes you all the way up the mountain, amidst the snowcapped mosquito range and several 14ers including the legendary Quandary Peak and Mount Democrat. "The cabin is nicely situated next to a stream, with all the amenities for a pleasant stay. The location is perfect. We never drove more than 15 min to get anywhere we wanted to go, from mountain hikes to downtown strolls. Highly recommend this place for your Breck adventure. "It is a very pretty location and the beds were decent. The cabin says it’s for 6 but it’s small it would be best with 4 people. The table only seats 4. The heating in the living room didn’t work. When we notified them of this problem they told us just to use the stove in the living room. That’s fine if they were to supply enough wood for that. We spent an additional 200 on wood to keep it warm. The hot water only lasted 5 minutes so you had to shower very quickly or freeze. The dryer didn’t work...
