Nice neighborhood. Nice neighbors, talked to both sides. Owner was very quick to respond. We locked ourselves out. Problem solved quickly. Very clean and nicely decorated.

Great Place for a Long Stay
We spent 17 days visiting with family. It was centrally located for all of our activities. Great area for taking walk. The backyard would be great in warmer weather.

Cozy and convenient
This small place had anything we needed, including coffee. The furniture was very comfortable. The shower pressure was great, and there was even shampoo and body wash. Checking in and communicating was easy. The location is convenient. Close enough to downtown Columbus (about 20 minutes) and far enough away to be quiet.

Amazing cottage
Amazing! Cute little cottage style building. So comfy and clean. Had coffee, snacks and water for us to use plus a full kitchen with everything you would need. Quiet and private for a comfortable stay! The bed was perfect and so comfortable. Its just a cozy stay! The host was readily available, responsive and so kind.close enough to everything in the city makes for easy traveling! Definitely recommend if your coming to columbus!

Like a beach first house
The guest house is next to the garage. There is one car parking near the guest house. The yard was nice to walk the dog on a lease. The neighborhood had many dog walkers down the streets too! The house had you the needs to sleep, eat, rest on recliners or a l shaped couch. The kitchen has very updated appliances. The bathroom has a shower. The bed looked like two beds to make a king size. We just had a little bed discomfort it was a little too stiff for us. You will get sleep. The beach decor looks nice and the design is interesting.

Long term stay
BJ was an amazing host! I needed a 3 month stay as I was waiting for my new home to be completed. I consider myself fortunate to have come across her listing. BJ was readily available if needed. The home was perfect. It was cozy and comfortable and in a safe community. I was extremely pleased with everything about my stay. BJ was gracious enough to extend my stay when my house was not ready on time. I had nowhere else to stay at that time and even though it was putting her out, she made sure I was taken care of. I cannot say enough great things about BJ and her home. She is by far THE BEST host I have experienced across all home rental websites. Truly a class act with excellent customer service and a beautiful home!! Thank you, BJ for a wonderful stay!

Great little cottage
A cozy little cottage for 2 (though I traveled alone here). The host was spot on with communication. Quick responses and restaurant suggestions were helpful and appreciated. A snack box was provided with coffee and tea, which was very thoughtful. Everything was great a pair of recliners to a nice size bed. It took me a while to get the hang of the smart TV. I wasn't able to get any live sports but that certainly doesn't change my 5 star rating. It actually made for a better, quiet stay. The surrounding area is minutes north of the OSU campus and has a great variety of restaurants and shopping. This little gem was easy to find and situated in a quiet neighborhood. The guest rate is way better for the 4 days I stayed than a busy hotel. I would definitely rent this property again if I stay in the area and highly recommend it. 🤗

It’s cute & simple. Could have used a little more cleaning. Cob webs coming from the ceiling in the bathroom & kitchen. Looks like it used to be a garage that got transformed into an apartment. Very few outlets by bed, which it looks as if it used to be an awning storage area off of the garage. Which makes sense why there is limited outlets. The floor is very unique however it hurts your feet! Bring your slippers or prepare to walk in your shoes! No light to the back yard? We couldn’t find one? It really is okay for a simple stay. Owners seem to be very accommodating as well.

Great House!!!
We really enjoyed our stay at Bungalow Under the Pines!!! Barbera was so accommodating to us with our arrival and departure. The house was clean and nice amenities. The front and back porches were nice places to relax in the AM / PM. Bed was very comfortable and a King! Very close to grocery stores, etc. maybe 10-15 ride to Ohio State campus. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Pleasant & Convenient Accommodations
We greatly appreciated the ability of bringing our dog with us during our brief stay in Columbus. Nice place to relax and the shaded lot, located in a quiet neighborhood, offers a couple of places to sit outside and enjoy a cup of complimentary coffee on a lazy morning. Very accommodating host - we would definitely enjoy a return visit here.

The little cottage style home is perfect. It had everything we needed and more. The dogs lived the room in the house and backyard. Wonderful hosts with easy communication. Would definitely recommend this spot, and we may even find ourselves back again someday!
