Rudy was very communicative in terms of getting help, but I was a little surprised that there weren't people readily available to assist should something that affected the stay that much come up. "Loved our stay at the lake with my husband and our adult kids. The house is even nicer than the on-line pictures, clean, newly renovated, bright, lots of windows and cozy sitting areas. AC worked wonderfully even in the heatwave, outdoor fire pit made for fun toasting marshmallows in the cooler evenings.
