"I had a little mix-up with my reservation (totally my fault)! The young lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing. I was on the verge of a mental breakdown due to a series of unfortunate events. She was so helpful and so very sweet. After we got everything settled we went to our room. I had my teenage daughter and her friend with me. They wanted to get a drink from the vending machine. I thought they were going to the one on our floor but they ended up going to the front desk without telling me because the vending machine would not take the cash. When they returned to the room, the phone rang. It was the sweet young lady at the front desk, making sure my girls made it back to the room safely. My daughter plays travel ball so we travel a lot and I have never had the front desk check on us! I didn't get her name but I hope she knows she is amazing! "

"It was wonderful. The gentleman at the front desk at 9pm on Jan 21 was amazing. He went above and beyond customer service. We had called down on our room phone to ask a question and we could hear him but our phone was not working in the room. We attempted this twice. 2 min later he was at our door wanting to know if everything was ok. I was shocked that someone would take the time to do this. He is wonderful. The breakfast was good. Fresh fruit and everything "
