It had so many nice personal touches like an area on the porch and back yard to relax and is very close to food and entertainment. "This was our second time staying at this home, and the first time bringing my young children (11 and 8). We absolutely love the property, the home is stunning and it sits on such a beautiful piece of land. The home was exceptionally clean and my son loved that there was a piano there where he could play his music. The new fire pit is absolutely amazing, we lit fires each night even though it got pretty cold outside. It’s the only home to rent if you want to stay in this part of Sullivan County....

"This property is new and clean. We were happy with the flexibility of the host and the comfort of the home. The only downside, as others have mentioned, was the nasty sulfur smell of the water. It also has a slimy feel. If you can get past that, the place is perfect! Rich is responsive to questions and was flexible with our needs as we were bringing a baby for the holiday weekend. . "

"We took a nice scenic drive up to the lodge. We fell in love as soon as we drove up the driveway. The deer and squirrels were eating and the sun was setting over the mountains. Once inside we noticed right away that this place is well taken care of. Lots of detail with the decor and very clean. We enjoyed the PA Grand Canyon and Wellsboro. "
