"We liked the area as it was close to our family and food/shopping. One negative was when we arrived early we were put in a room that smelled of smoke and appeared unclean. We were given another room a few minutes later"

"I have state at this property a few times and the staff has always been super friendly. They have renovated the room so they are clean and very nice looking. Definitely looks more upscale now. I enjoy this property and the location. There’s a shopping center directly behind the hotel with a Starbucks. There are many restaurants nearby and it’s in close proximity to the interstate. I will definitely be staying here every time I visit Franklin. "
