"Cute little spot in the woods. Beautiful trees, very quiet. Very close to Lake Gregory. Cabin had everything we needed for a family of 3. Hard to get to at night roads are a little confusing, so I suggest going during the day. Everything was great, the little electric fireplace didn’t work, that was our only hiccup. "

"Unit was nice and clean. It was just as advertised. The neighborhood was a little iffy. Our neighbors (guests in the unit next door) would smoke in and around their building so the entire entry stairway smelled like cigarettes. Also every night between 10:15 - 11:15 or 11:30, they would start yelling at each other and pounding on their doors. But inside ur unit, it was very clean and nicely furnished. And since the A/C was working so well, we just kept all the doors and windows tightly closed...

"This little walk up guest house has excellent light threw the large windows. It is cozy and really does have everything. The experienced hosts are so nice too. Sweet surprises and an inviting atmosphere. My bed was very comfortable, so was the couch. If you are considering it, you won't be disappointed. Thank you. "

"Jen was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. "Property was well appointed, clean and spacious. Our family of six stayed at this property over a long weekend for an out-of-state lacrosse tournament. We all fit comfortably and the kitchenette was perfect for preparing breakfast and quick meals in between games/coming and going throughout the day. We weren't at the property long enough to enjoy the yard/pool area, however both areas were well maintained and available exclusively to us. We would definitely stay here again if in the area."

"The description is entirely misleading. This was not “a lovely home nestled in a quiet neighborhood,” it’s an apartment and it was not lovely. The garage is detached and the apartment door has an iron grate over it. It was not a good neighborhood, and as a woman, it felt unsafe. The people hanging out outside their garage did not seem friendly. I found a hotel instead. Vrbo has no quality control, and did nothing to help with the situation, and the hosts just argued with me."

"This was the cutest studio and conveniently located near everything in lake arrowhead! Would recommend highly to anyone who wants a sweetheart escape in the mountains!"

"While the inside is accurate the host fails to mention the garage is a 4 car shared garage that both cleaning staff and residents leave open so your car is not safe there is a trap house located rught behind that light off fire works randomly throughout the night and week on top of all this the wifi was out for 75% of the stay neighbors would connect to your tv multiple time messing with you do not stay here it is not worth the money"
