"Amazing stay at Rivalta hotel. Rooms are clearn and a good size, queen size bed is comfortable. Smart TV with netflix and hdmi. Bathroom is beautifully designed with walk in shower. Room has everything you need; shampoo/conditioner, body lotion, sew kit, shower cap, safe, ironing board, kettle etc. Location is fantastic, everywhere is walkable yo florence. Highly recommend this hotel"

"This was a convenient, clean and comfortable place to stay. Unfortunately we were not provided with the code before our arrival, and so in order to check-in we had to walk to another place, which was a bit confusing. The lady was very friendly and welcoming though. "

"A nice 2 bed, 2 bath apartment with room for our family of four. The location was great! Close to the train station, museums, shops and food. The only drawback was multiple flights of steps. The building does not include an elevator. We enjoyed the walk ability to lots of sites!"

"We absolutely LOVED this property!! The beginning of the stay didn't start so smooth as we were locked out of the apartment for about 2 hours - which on Christmas Eve especially was not ideal! However, the young man Mirko who was there to greet us and let us in was so wonderful. So while we waited for someone else to come fix the door, he gave us a history lesson and tons of ideas of places to go and things to see. "My mom and I loved our stay at the Palazzo Mannaioni in Florence. Roberto made us feel safe the minute we entered the Mannaioni and was very knowledgable of the area and accommodated anything we needed. The suites were in a great location, and the place was pristine. "

"Everything was great. Definitely recommended. Centrally located with many nice restaurants close by. Staff was very friendly and attentive from the front desk to housekeeping. One special little black lady seemed to magically know when we returned as she would be waiting for us to see if we needed anything. "

"I messaged the staff about checking in late due to a delayed flight and they were reassuring that there would be no worries. My room was very clean and nice. Perfect location making it easy for us to walk around the city with everything being at most a 15 minute walk. When we checked out the staff offered us to order us a taxi or keep our bags for as long as we needed. VERY friendly. If I come back to Florence I will definitely be staying here. "
