"Had an incredible stay! Ambiance was well received and staff were friendly. Little hiccup with check in, staff wasn’t available. Stood at the desk and called the front desk on the phone to alert them someone (me) was waiting. Lovely job and smooth check-in otherwise. Room was clean and smelled amazing everyday. Loved the curtains, simple yet elegant decor. Bathroom was nicely cleaned and decorated, except the shower. Appeared to have hair from a previous stay… gross! Grabs and go seems nice yet...

"The room was so uncomfortably hot from start to finish. Upon arrival the heat was cranked up super high, although it was in the 40’s outside. I immediately turned the heat off. It took SO long for the temp to become more tolerable, though. I had to keep grabbing wash cloths for my children and run them under cold water to cool them down.
