"We arrived and there was no lockbox. I called the host and while he didn’t speak English, my French is good enough that I was able to understand that he was not expecting any guests and the apartment was NOT available. He said he would call me back but never did. We were able to find (expensive) accommodation of the night but needless to say I am unhappy and need a refund. "
