"We love our stay at the Marina Villa. Marie was a great host! She was prompt in responding to any questions or concerns we had. She recommended a great rental place just a few minutes away, Discount Car Rental (all very nice). The listing was just as it was pictured and the the view was breathtaking. The location was great as it was only 15-20 minute drive to the Dutch side or to the beaches on the French Side. I highly recommend this listing!"

"We would stay here again if we were to return. We loved the location, enjoyed watching the planes landing and taking off from the front porch, not a noise problem. The property had everything one needed for our stay, washing machine was a bonus as was having everything one needed for the beach. Communication with the owner was great. "There was plenty of room for 7 people and the property was spotless. Internet and large tv entertained the kids. Kitchen well stocked and nice pool. A/c efficient in all spaces. Very convenient to grocery stores and Marigot and Phillipsburg. Appreciated the host's greeting us and great information. Would recommend to all."

"Jacob & Eli were gracious and responsive hosts. We had great communication and directions for the property. It was amazing to have a pool and a snorkeling beach at the same property. Outdoor grill worked great. We were able to park 3x small cars in the drive. Neighborhood is quiet and secure. Other reviews mention the airport noise but frankly we rarely heard anything over the sound of the waves on the beach!. No sargassum. Beach can be tricky to enter water but snorkeling is was nice.
