"It is a very nice guesthouse. However, it is a little tricky to find, and there are not many signs to guide you, just a very faded La Kapresse sign and a Sanctorium sign. The property is situated on a very busy road, so it can be quite noisy. However, the property and the staff are amazing. "Very close to Mullet Bay. Also close to a bakery/coffee shop and a grocery store. Very safe area. Very private. Not good parking if you rent a large vehicle. Small sedan or 2-door is good though. Overall a nice place."

The breathtaking view of Grand Case from the patio, just outside the room was something out of a travel magazine - the pictures don't do it justice. "This was my third stay at the Fantastic Guest House. It is a great little place to stay. The rooms are clean and functional, there is A/C and cable TV and a refrigerator in your room too. "We originally booked the studio room that said Ocean view and we found that Expedia was a little misleading on this as there is no balcony and no ocean view so we had to upgrade to a two bedroom suite. "

"I would give it a 5 for the staff, as they were amazing!! Not having an elevator was the only down side. You have 4 flights of stairs but the rooms are amazing! If you want clean, friendly, and comfort them choose this hotel!!"
