"In a quaint part of the old town, narrow streets. No clue why it mentions River front" in the title, the river is many kilometers away. The Marachal restaurant around the corner is superb. Note that the hosts only speak French. "

"We stayed in this lovely property for 4 weeks in June. The owners of the gite were incredibly helpful and always available if needed. The gite is spacious and charming and very well equipped. La Charité is a gem and being in the main street meant that everything was at our fingertips, from the boulangerie to bars to hairdressers. And a great auberge just around the corner. Unlike most old towns there is plenty of parking. I would recommend this delightful gite without hesitation."
