Everything was great-the one thing that could be improved is that the mattress had soft spots on the sides so I had to sleep in the middle-fine this time since I was traveling alone, but these foam mattresses really suck when they get older.

The light over the mirror in the bathroom was very dim. The eggs at breakfast were runny and the sausage was floating in water.

Service is perfectly fine. The room carpets need cleaned/replaced. Bed is comfortable & room was clean. Shower water pressure was not more than a trickle. Faucet & toilet was normal.

Easy to find right off the interstate. Check in was smooth. Our room was an example of a place needing reno'd. Furniture dinged up and worn, at least 10 noticable stains in the carpet. The chair in the corner had a rip on one arm. I expected better than this from a Marriott property. At this price, well north of $100 not impressed at all

The folks in the hotel were wonderful staff did a great job Check-in was smooth but continental breakfast I might as well have just skipped it The sausage was under cooked do you know look pleasant the biscuits were good but cold the gravy was cold or lukewarm

The young lady who checked us in was very nice and helpful. The rooms were nice and loved the area it was in near a lot of eating places. Negative was both rooms were kind of warm(one on 2nd floor and one on 3rd floor) and although the a/c was down to 60 degrees the rooms never cooled off. Also we went down to breakfast around 8:30 and they were out of most of the food, no syrup for the waffles and no forks available. I must say the biscuits and gravy were good. Not what I would expect from Fairfield by Marriot.

There is no air conditioning in the room. The thermostat on the wall did not work. The unit under the window was blowing air, but it was not cooling the room.

This Fairfield was on fire. Not in a bad way. They were super helpful and pointed us in the right direction with any and all questions. The front desk definitely slayed it. We will stay here in the future!!!! P.S. Dance parents. This is in short walking distance to the convention center.
