"We were asked to present ourselves at a different address only to find out that they had changed the location of our rooms. Supposedly, our room at the Central Plaza had a plumbing issue that was not resolved. We refused the new rooms and asked to cancel our reservation but they would not refund us. "The room had mold and mildew growing along the doors and in the bathroom. This is a health concern as I am an asthmatic. Additionally, this is not a Bed and Breakfast in the traditional sense. It is an apartment that is managed offsite (it feels as though one apartment has been remodeled into 3 separate bedrooms with one having a kitchenette). "Thé building, thé friendly kitchen staff and the welcome drink they offered made all the difference. It’s just a shame they got so much more expensive than when we first stayed, otherwise we’d be coming back more often "
