"It was very clean inside the room. Very basic. You could hear the street noise. No bottled water. The bed was okay. No blanket just a sheet; granted it is hot in Italy but I like a light blanket. The stairs are steep to get to the room. Don’t bring large baggage unless you are very strong. No handicap access."

"Cute b&b. Francesco was very nice, he didn’t speak much English but used google translate so we could understand all the details. I speak some Italian & could understand 90% of what he said without translation. They have a little breakfast nook in the room along with some fresh food outside on the patio. "The staff is amazing, offering assistance and contacting you before you arrive making sure you know how to get there and once your are there extremely helpful. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent and the room so spacious! Lovely balcony and hotel ambiance. I am recommending to all my friends it is great! Did I say the staff was great? They really take care of you with great restaurant recommendations and giving you directions calling taxis etc. So friendly. "

"We have stayed in numerous locations throughout Europe, but this has been our favorite stay so far. The accommodations are beautiful, unique with charm and character and yet exceptionally clean and modern. Elena from the front desk was fantastic. The breakfast was delicious and had a very nice quality & variety to it. This somewhat remote (12 mins from Rosignano Solvay-Castiglioncello) is quiet, well-maintained and has everything you need for a lovely vacation. There is a guest laundry on the premises that comes with soap and wash and dry for 7.5 Euro"
