"A few friends stayed at the LOTR Cottage as a fall get away. It was so cute and so cozy. There is a hot tub availabe for use, 2 different zip lines, a fire pit with firewood available for purchase. The host Jill and Joan were so sweet, very nice and communication was excellent. It is located near a small town of Upsala were the local bar was so welcoming. Gave us great hospitality and the food was great. There is a grocery store very close by as well in case you needed to pick up...

"A great quiet and relaxing place to stay, yet close enough to stores and restaurants. Beautiful beach area and large deck are perfect for enjoying the weather. Kitchen was well stock for meal preparations and dining. House was spacious with plenty of seating and things to do."
