Great location, quiet neighborhood. The house is really nice! Comfortable, nice furniture and bedding. Parking in the back off street. The kitchen was very clean and well stocked. Cecelia left us a basket of snacks and cold bottled water in the fridge. Plenty of towels, very clean bathrooms. Great house to stay in. Cecilia was a great host and very easy to communicate with. Very nice stay!

Football game trip
We loved our accommodations. Two couples were in College Station for a football game. The house was extremely clean and there was plenty of room for us. Great location for us.

Future Aggie!
We came into town for our future Aggie to tour dorms and attend a concert. This home is absolutely beautiful and spotless. Very spacious with tons of amenities. We will certainly be booking again in the future!

Comfortable
It is a very nice property, the beds are very comfortable, neighbors are quiet, it served our needs well. Kitchen implements and supplies are very limited, there is no toaster for some reason. Overall it was a nice experience and we would use it again.

We chose this property which suited our needs for 4 adults and two children.
Modern, clean and well equipped for our needs for three nights. Good location to drive to both Kyle Field and Santa’s Wonderland . We suggested they provide a toaster. There appears to be a small leak coming from the refrigerator but this did not impact our stay.

Welcoming landing place
Our family of five stayed here upon arrival to College Station during a move. It was the perfect landing place for our family. It was welcoming and provided all the kitchen items we needed to cook. The bedrooms were equipped with hangers. There was plenty of clear storage spaces to stow our items away and make it feel like home for a short time. Highly recommend!

Very Nice Choice
We were very happy with our stay at this property. Being so new, it was very clean and everything was in excellent condition (the fridge looked like it may have come from another property, but everything else was brand new). Had one little issue with the combo lock that held the key to the unit (combo sent in welcome email did not match the actual combo), but called the property contact. She answered immediately, was extremely friendly and helpful and I was able to get to the key in a matter of minutes. Other than that all good. Recommended.

The Perfect Place
This booking was actually an extension of a prior five day booking, for a total of 11 nights. I stayed here as a transition between one home to another. I chose this home because of its online appearance, as well as its location. I was hopeful that it would provide the calm, comfy, and serene environment I needed following a very traumatic home sale. I was able to stay in a hotel, a very nice hotel, had I chosen to do so, but I knew it would not deliver what I needed in terms of serenity. No matter how luxurious, hotels can be loud and cramped. When I walked in, this townhouse wrapped me up in a blanket of coziness. This feeling of coziness accompanied me, over the next several days, as I navigated two moves and some unexpected, significant life events. This property is exceptionally clean; it is suitable for one or several persons. All appliances were clean and in good working order; there were plenty of dishes and towels; both important for groups or longer stays. Cecilia was a fantastic host with whom it was extremely easy to communicate. I would definitely book with her again for myself, if I needed to. And, I have recommended the property to my friends and family. This is significant because I am called, "finicky" by almost everyone! In my defense, I have had a career that was heavy in property management, as well as customer service, so I know and appreciate both when I encounter them.

We stayed for game weekend and the property was great. The furnishings are nice and the beds are comfortable. The unit was very clean and everything worked properly. The host was very responsive and friendly. If you are looking for a great place to stay in College Station, look no further.

We enjoyed staying at this property. It was clean and the beds were super comfortable. Only suggestion would be to add a toaster, cutting board, and towels for the kitchen. Neighborhood was quiet. We stayed here for a track meet at Texas A & M, 10+ min away.

Great Stay
Great property and location worked great for us. I only had one issue and still chose to give this a 5 star review because it’s a totally fixable issue. TX is a VERY HOT State right now. When we checked in it was late and the house was not pre-cooled. It took several hours to get the house cool, but once we had the thermostat turned on everything was perfect. I would encourage the property management company to pre-cool the house prior to guest showing up in the summer time.

College Station Gem
We were lucky to be the first guests at this property. The townhome is very nicely appointed. We were treated to a basket of snacks that helped tide us over between meals. The beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms had soft, fluffy towels and toiletries, which was helpful because I forgot some of mine. We didn't use the kitchen, so I can't comment on that aspect. The only negative was that we wanted to watch the World Series and some football, but there was no way to watch live TV. We have YouTubeTV at home, which at first seemed like it was going to work, but it only works in your home area. So, that was disappointing, but not enough to take off a full star. Overall, we would recommend this property.
