Would suggest brighter lighting in the bathroom and curtains that cover the windows better for sleeping in. Would definitely stay here again. "

"My husband and I stayed 3 nights at this lovely vrbo in Franklin while we were in town for a weekend with singer/songwriter Matthew West. The home was within walking distance to the Factory where we met several times. We were also there for the tree lifting which was amazing!! Susan was such a wonderful host she came over when we arrived to show us around the house and was so friendly! 10/10!"

"We lucked out and stayed with perfect weather and the fall colors very prominent. Spent hours into the night sitting on the porch making memories. I had my elderly parents with and they also fell in love with the property and my mother has not vacationed for 30+ years. Would highly recommend and hope to possibly revisit again."

"I absolutely loved the unit. Absolutely! The only feedback I have is pertaining to the instructions pertaining to the trash, the pots/pans and there was no broom, dustpan nor mop. Small things really. Those things just help keep the unit clean. Otherwise I loved my stay. The unit was beautiful. The beds, I had the best sleep. I highly recommend this specific location and look forward to staying at other locations "
