"The hotel is clean, cozy, and in an historical building. Location is great and close to train station and centre. Staff are friendly. The hotel is generous, they give 1 bottle of still water and 1 sparkling for each person. Breakfast is fabulous with many selections. Wall is thin and you can hear people talk next door. Heater is luke warm so I had to use AC, and AC has noise when operating. But these are not problem, given bed is so comfortable and quilt is warm, so I felt asleep quickly. Overall, given its unbeatable winter price and the services received, I give the hotel 9.5/10 and would like to thank for their hospitality. "

"Incredible facilities, rooms are cleaned really well, staff are always very attentive. To be able to access the grotta is a real highlight, it's an incredible place, much bigger than expected and the facilities are again outstanding.
