"Great location and friendly staff"

"Excellent hotel stay. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The main house is comfortable and welcoming. The room was lovely, maybe a tad small but extremely clean with premium sheets and had everything you needed. Good coffee too! Only one tiny suggestion - the soap and shower gel were same container - it would be good to have a small bar soap at the sink so you didn’t need to move them. Love having bath robes. The restaurant was delightful - very fresh healthy food and great service. Would definitely recommend! Thank you for a lovely stay. "

"Beautiful room, huge bed, very comfortable chesterfield chairs. View of the street - in front of church, single lane for cars, parking outside, chargeable. Close to town, pub below, no noise. Rob was very helpful. Would not hesitate to stay again."

"It was good, the bolt on the top side would not lock securely due to the hole wall was burrowed out broken allowing the bolt to push through"

"Unfortunately as we had travelled by train we were limited to using the buses to get into King's Lynn which was quite a good service but was a long 20/25 minutes walk to the bus stop from the hotel. Everything about the hotel was excellent. Friendly, helpful staff and very clean throughout. Delicious food "

"Lovely hotel with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. It has a great resident’s garden. The bedroom was a good size, clean and the bed was so comfortable. Some touch up to small chipped areas of paint would be beneficial. The breakfast was good and we ate at the hotel on one evening. Small menu but the food was excellent. Loved our stay. Sad to hear that it is closing at the end of August as it has been sold and becoming assisted living accommodation. "
