"Very welcoming comfy cottage. Exceptional well-equipped kitchen, quality items, everything you could need. Comfy beds and much appreciated welcome package. Only downside is access to parking - could benefit from dropped kerb plus we had a car parked across the road all the time we stayed, making access a little difficult. However, overall a recommended stay."

"Bright, spacious & in a lovely location. Perfect for 2 couples or family of 4. There were chocolates & wine on arrival. Uncertainty about check in details, because I didn't receive the code to the key lock. Luckily the property was unlocked & key was inside. Issue with guttering kept us awake at night due to heavy rain. The maintenance man attempted to fix it on day 1 & day 2 without success, but since we were only there 3 nights, we didn't bother ringing him on day 3. Also, nowhere to dry wet...

"The cottage and garden were perfect for us, loved our surroundings, peaceful walks with the dogs ( tho they became a little noisy with other dog walkers). The biggest dissapointment was distance to the beach and trekking over the sand dunes. Not a problem if we were all 10yrs younger, but overall beautiful. "

"A lovely, well equipped cottage, we felt at home as soon as we set foot inside. A 20 minute walk from the beach and 5 minute drive to Hunstanton which is a lovely little seaside town. We had a great 5 day break and will definitely be back. Many thanks Martyn & family. coming back"

"Loved the property and the living area and kitchen are bigger than they look in the photos, especially the living area. The location is close to a lot of lovely places to visit. The only issue I could see is the parking and I think this should be mentioned in the listing. We have a Qashqai and struggled to get the car far enough off the road to be safe without going into the ditch although it was very wet weather and the verge was very muddy. Also you wouldn't be able to have more than one car...

Parking tight against house but managed to get a space daily apart from one occasion. "An update of the photos would be beneficial as the kitchen has been beautifully renovated. I found the property to be clean, comfortable and inviting, however, additional cutlery would be useful as the only ones available are plastic and children’s sized. Although out of the property owners control, a barking dog kept me awake most nights, but, for my dogs the property was ideal with even a stair gate to prevent them going upstairs. There is also a really useful courtyard area at the back."

"As far as the stay I honestly couldn’t fault it my bed was super comfy I stayed in the queen suite with shared bathroom it was spotless and warm too Helen had the radiators on and an electric blanket in the bed which was much welcomed as I stayed mid- January. If you do stay in this room just switch the blanket on and wait an hour you might not be able to feel it to the touch but once you get into bed you’ll feel it. "My partner and myself stayed here for 2 nights. The pod it's self is tidy, clean, small kitchenette with microwave and toaster, also there is a breakfast hamper, the fridge is stocked with the basics. The pod opens out onto a beautifully kept Japanese garden with Koi pond. Ian and Caz are great hosts and are at the end of a text or call if there are any problems. There is also a hot tub available which just topped off this amazing little retreat. Myself and Darren will definately be coming back....
