"Being Black in a predominantly white community our Stay was pleasant, great view, fishing and atmosphere. Most neighbors were welcoming however stayed to themselves. Local Businesses were very friendly and welcoming. Owners were excellent host as well. Will love to comeback again one day."

"We had a great stay in Gladwin. Cortney was a wonderful host and very communicative. The kitchen had everything we needed and more to cook some pretty elaborate meals. Our kiddos loved the downstairs couch and ping pong table. We all had a great stay. Thanks!"

"This cute little cabin was awesome...right on the water and we had big plans that weekend. Unfortunately, I had to DJ a last minute wedding in Port Huron and we couldn't stay. We literally only spent the night sleeping there and that was it. Would love to come up & try again sometime. :-) "

"It was very clean and overall a good place to stay. We had a lot of fun with the card game as a couple. Only issue was we wish we had more paper towels but no big deal. The pictures dont do it justice."

"The cottage is great, the host is very friendly and responds to your needs right away. We went in the middle of winter so we weren't able to take advantage of all that was offered but would be looking into going back in the summer as we can see it it would be great to be right on our own beach. "

"We really enjoyed our stay with my adult children and 3 small grandchildren. The setup was ideal to provide some quiet and privacy for the different families. It was especially nice to have the upstairs for quiet time for our 3 month old baby. We found everything we needed for our stay and the home is very close to stores. The beach was perfect as were the decks where we enjoyed outdoor dining in the evenings. We look forward to coming back again soon. "

"My parents lived on the lake for over 20 years. When this property popped up we decided to give it a go. My husband and I and another couple, had a delightful 5 nights. We got just what we wanted, peace , quiet, and fun!!!"
