My husband and I checked in on Saturday for a getaway that we've been really excited about. We arrived at 1:30 for check in. We were given keys and headed to our room. When we got to our room, someone was in there and said, "this is our room, we just checked in." So we went back to the front desk and was told that there is no one in the room. I said - go check for yourself, someone was in there. They gave us another room. It had a shower in it. I booked a King with a hot tub IN THE ROOM. The picture on Expedia confirms this. When I went back for the third time now, she said, we only book you what we have available as you book thru third party. At this point, I am furious. She clearly gave our room away, then put us in a room with a shower. My husband has back issues and requested a tub for a reason. They ended up putting us in a third room which was a handicapped room. We ended up keeping the room because at this point, I've been to the desk at least 4 times within 30 minutes. We were heading out for the night and noticed that the room was not getting colder. My husband called before we left and requested someone to check it out. No one ever came to the room and it was hotter than it was when we left. At 2am, I called the desk again because there were kids jumping off the bed above us. Nothing was ever done. If I could give negative stars, I would. The front desk lady was new and confirmed she messed up. I will NEVER stay here again and will be sharing.
