"This cottage was very nice and relaxing. It is close to a highway for ease of access, but very quiet. The view of the creek out the back is lovely and everything was exactly like the pictures. It is on a shared property with other rentals, but we had plenty of our own space. There was firewood provided for both the fire pit and indoor wood stove and a few extra small surprises included that were nice to have! "If you are looking for a secluded get away from society, this is the place. Located 30 minutes from any town in a private cove this cabin is a wonderful escape. It has a great swimming dock and LOVED the bunkhouse for the grandkids. A great choice of games for the family and the outdoor space was a hit with all of the family from the fire pit to the spacious outdoor deck with excellent grilling accessories for some fantastic meals outdoors. "This place was great. Only thing is, how close the owners are. If y out want a romantic getaway, this might not be ideal for you. Especially because they will go in and out of the garage that’s below the cottage. "

"Had a great visit, although it was short, but would definitely come back again! The house, even though it was older, was updated with many nice features. The only downside was the weather was colder , so we didn't get to enjoy the awesome porch/balcony!"
