The setup of the house was very comfortable for everyone and it was well-stocked with bedding, towels, kitchen supplies, and beach items. One recommendation would be to install a railing on the front porch for easier, safer access for older guests with stability/mobility concerns... and maybe have a cookie sheet for use in the oven. "We were in town a couple days for a wedding. The communication with Melissa was great, we had no issues accessing the property and it was setup perfect for our family of 3 littles ranging from 3-9. They loved the games and toys to play with. We didn’t have a lot of time to really enjoy the house but if we need to rent a home in OBX again we would definitely rent this one again. As owners we notice a few things that needed attention, but staff are always helpful & friendly. As it is the off season & we were only there for the weekend it was very quiet & not at all crowded. This is an older property but it doesn't feel that way & they are constantly making little updates & changes where they can to keep it up to date. Definitely recommend it...
