" We stayed as a family (our 4 adult kids, our son-in-law, and 2 grandkids) between Christmas and over New Year’s Day. Communication was excellent—especially given that it was over a holiday! We had everything we needed for cooking and settling in. The beds were very comfy. Master Bath 1 was luxurious with a large shower room and a Japanese tub and a seat with handheld. "Jesse was a great host; always responded, check in and check out was simple and less requirements than most hosts! We came down from Oklahoma to spend some time with our TX grands. "Stayed here over spring break with kids age 16 down to 10 months. The kids had fun the whole time, between the kayaks, the pool table, Foosball, and pacman! My favorite part was sipping coffee and reading a book on the big deck overlooking the water. "Perfect size for a small family. Very clean and cozy. The only thing that would have made it better is a bed that folds out from the couch. If your 5th occupant is a small child, the couch works out fine. If you do not have a small child it might not work for you. "

"The barn is a nice place. It was very clean and the decor was beautiful. There isn’t much to do in Tyler so we spent our afternoons in the pool and had a blast. The barn is between two other homes but the way it is setup made it feel very private. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."
