"I feel like so often the descriptions for things are misleading! People use language to describe things in a better light than they actually are. This was NOT the case with this stay. Everything was delightful, above and beyond. Things were beautiful, clean, and intentional. We really enjoyed our stay, and the hosts were super accommodating. If my husband and I ever get a night or two away from our kids again, we will surely be back! "

"4 day fishing trip. accommodations were great, fishing dock is awesome. Fishing was awesome and the stay was not like any other rental it was more homeish. I enjoyed the sytay and will definitely be back."

"The cabin was clean and cozy , we had a relaxing nice time spending Christmas with our kids, my husband enjoyed fishing and caught several catfish and bass, the only downfall was the neighborhood , we was a little nervous driving through the neighborhood on the way to the cabin but once we got to the cabin , the surrounding neighbors seemed to be better, all in all we did enjoy our stay "

"We came with family for a wedding in Palestine. This place was clean, quiet and peaceful. The owners own Rump’s BbQ I highly recommend. Her desserts are the BEST! The place has been thoughtfully stocked with items you may have forgotten (toothbrush, razor, first aid kit, shampoo, etc) We would definitely come back if we have a chance."

"Beautiful views, nice house, very comfortable but glare on TV needs addressing- put shades over multiple windows in living area."

"We stayed during Spring Break and visited the Tyler Zoo, the artist shops in Edom, and several thrift & antique stores. Rosie's Retreat is in easy driving range of several little towns. We loved being greeted by Rosie & her friends each time we arrived at the cottage. Comfortable beds, nice walking shower, a full size kitchen, and plenty of space in the living area to relax. I enjoyed my morning tea on the patio with my crochet and Jill the Donkey and the kitties to chat with. The goats are...

"Nice newly remodeled home, very cute and plenty of room. The can opener doesn’t work, so would suggest bringing one. Had a little trouble getting in. But other than that it was very comfortable for playing games with friends. Close to town. "

"This was an amazing rental property. Super clean, check in was easy, and the location was spot on! If your looking for a good fishing spot, this is it. "

"This house was adorable and extremely accommodating. I loved everything about it. I didn't get a good feel for the neighborhood, so be sure to do some research. That being said... I was traveling alone and did ALL of my coming and going at night. The house also had a security system with a panic button for guests to use if they needed it. The BEST thing about this property was the owner. She was responsive even very late at night. She came over to the property in the dark to check on something...
