"Clean clean, bright and sunny, 3 stories for when privacy is needed, great availability of common space. Kitchen well stocked with dishes and cookware, modern appliances. Supermarket w/in 5 minutes, boulangerie within 10. A few eateries in the vicinity (and more coming). Despite being near the RR tracks, quiet quiet (slept with the windows open during the heat wave). Also, (we were 5 women one male) no fears expressed about safety. Walking into the "happening" areas (and train station)...
