My room while not the largest I've stayed in was of a good size. A pleasing item in the room was a small flask containing real milk for a good old cupper, this is a rare find as most times you stop way they only provide that terrible hit milk, that spoils you first tea of the day. "Very welcoming & friendly staff, clean room & comfortable bed, breakfast was excellent with a choice of menu. My only concern was our window would Not stay open & we were very hot during the night although a fan was in the room could not sleep with it on, In the morning very little hot water pressure, this could be the someone else had the hot water running at the same time, these were very small negatives but would definitely stay here again "

"Easy check in, on first impression room was a good size , bed comfortable , bathroom the toilet looked like it had been broken for dome time, we did message North gate to inform them along with photos, but no response , crack in toilet seat is unhygienic ! Cobwebs in the bathroom as well Breakfast was ok We did inform someone about the toilet seat again when we checked out"
