Five Star rating because it was just what was advertised, from the Direct Ocean View to the full size kitchen and the location was five Star. Quiet stay for three nights added to the 5 Star as well. Ate at Port Canaveral, rode our bicycles, sat and enjoyed the waves from out balcony, read, made meals, went out two nights with friends, didn't make our trip to Merritt Island Nt'l wildlife -the black loop, next year. Did visit a museum, named Sands Space History Center, w/ gift shop, Lee spoke to us, free. Just the drive there is worth it. Saw a rocket launch. Condo has a fantastic view of the Blue Orgin Pad. Satisfied and would like to stay again!

The property is perfectly located. Easy walkway to the beach. Nice view from the balcony, perfect for watching the ocean while drinking coffee in the morning.

Love being able to just sit out on the nice size deck and look out at the ocean. The beds were fine, the kitchen lacked pot holders and tongs and a few other items. But basically it was good find. The few issue that need work was that the tile floor made our bare feet very dirty. The floor didn't look dirty but our feet turned black. Also there was a rather loud noise, possibly from a neighbors air conditioner that could be heard in the main bedroom.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here especially with the items provided such as beach chairs/umbrella, beach towels and even a cooler! We had everything we needed! The condos are definitely old but the unit itself is so nice inside; very clean! The only downfall for us was the AC unit is really loud when kicking on/off so that woke me up a lot so if you’re sensitive like that, bring earplugs and problem likely solved!

Great location for beach stay with adult children
We were looking for a place on the beach to stay with our 2 adult children. This rental was just right. Loved that one bedroom had twin beds in it. While the building itself is showing some age, the condo was well taken care of and had everything we needed. The views and access to the beach were outstanding. Didn't expect to see the launch pad at Cape Canaveral from here and it was fun to watch the cruise ships coming and going. We spent most our out time outside on the beach which was not crowded and very clean. Location near grocery stores and shops and restaurants was also a plus.

Location was worth it
Stayed for 5 days. Location is amazing Outside of building needs a big remodeling but location was more important than anything else. Check in was easy. Did not have any issues with management. I appreciated white sheets.

We had a great visit to the Diplomat. The unit is as advertised and the ocean view is even better than the pictures. The Diplomat is away from the noisy pier area but across the street from a Publix. We had a wonderful dinner at Florida

The condo was very nice, and the balcony on the oceanfront can't be beat. It's in a quiet area. The only negative was the stairs. There's no elevator, and it's on the third floor. It was hard on my old knees. I tripped twice. One of the handrails was broken, which is against state law. And the stairs have no yellow paint or lighting. Watch your step.

We chose this unit primarily for the oceanfront balcony, and the view did not disappoint! We also read the previous reviews about the cleanliness. Yes, the unit was very clean!! Some elements of the unit were a little outdated, but everything was VERY clean and we were very comfortable staying there as a family of 5. We would absolutely stay here again!

The room had a very musty smell the bathroom door hinge was broken wasp nest to the left. The remotes for the TV were missing batteries The door on the patio needs to be replace and too many Steps to climb. Also roaches in the main bedroom and kitchen. The view was beautiful enjoy our 2 nights

Two days before our arrival, the host canceled our reservations. The offer to move us to another place did not meet our needs. We ask the host to cancel our reservation, but he did not until we contacted VRBO directly. Thanks to their intervention, we have now received a full refund.
