Very clean, owner had thought of everything from small torches in drawers to cleaning materials in cupboards and spare lightbulbs if required. Property very warm, and within about 30-40 minutes drive of nearby Northumberland and Scottish Border places of interest to visit. Property only 2 miles over the Border from England.
