"Hotel and service is great. The area immediately is good though if you want to walk downtown is a different story. The area on the way downtown is very sketchy and the homelessness and drug use is rampant. I would be cautious if you want to walk downtown "

"Exceptional guest services! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by hotel staff. The front desk staff were extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. Easy parking and a comfortable, well appointed room. Breakfast was included in our stay and the service and food was exceptional! Easy walking to the BMO center. The entire hotel has a lovely modern artsy vibe. Cannot say enough good things about our stay. We will be back! "

I loved them offering to bring us ice when we called about ice machines. Great service. The only strange thing was there weren’t true blackout blinds in the room just wooden blinds. "
