"It was such a neat house. Great location, very clean. It had everything we needed. The host was incredibly prompt with a timely response. We highly recommend this property. "

"Rented this place for a job im doing there for me and a couple of workers and it was clean and comfortable. Host was easy to get a hold of and place was nice and warm as there was a blizzard and it was cold outside. We enjoyed the treats that were left infreezer. "This property was perfect for our stay during Christmas week. Quiet neighborhood with a great backyard for our pups. Walking trail close by. Easy drive to the downtown area shopping and restaurants. The home was very clean and had fully appointed kitchen and bathrooms. The owners thought of every detail. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t already there. They left us delicious treats and wine to welcome us. Would definitely rent this property for our next visit to Santa Fe."

It was great having access to the garage especially since the weather was a mix of snow, rain.& strong winds . Our host Christa was wonderful. "My family had a wonderful stay at Casa Encanto. The house is very clean, newly updated, with plenty of amenities. It’s great for a nice quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Please note, the property is about 20 minutes from Santa Fe square. There is a nice fire pit outside, plenty of parking, spacious bathrooms, nice kitchen, bbq grill outside, tvs in every room, washer/dryer, a few outdoor games, and the hosts surprised us with a new portable hot tub outside on our first day....

"Excellent location in Cerrillos, close to State Park hikes, horseback riding and a few miles from Madrid; where the quaint shops and people are amazing! Rich and Sara were beyond excellent hosts and we took their recommendations for eateries and sites; namely the Beer Creek Brewing Company (excellent beer and pizza - highly recommend), The Blackbird Saloon (fresh twists to classic favorites and drinks) and in Madrid, Refinery 14 that has a wonderfully unique breakfast selection.
