"It was a tired presentation of the room. There was no tea and coffee facility with in the room , no bar fridge nor ceiling fan or air conditioning. There was no replacement of soaps or lotions during the stay. We were in a family room and we had to ask for the mattresses to be replaced for the children because they were poor and not able to sleep in. As the ventilation was poor we had to keep the door partially opened and mosquitoes would come in. The location was great. The restaurant was...
